Veterinary Nurse Samantha qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in August 2012, joining Scarsdale Vets as a newly qualified nurse after training at a mixed practice she had worked at the five years previously. She is predominantly based at our Stapenhill practice, although will cover and help at the dog training classes at Pride Veterinary Centre.
She has a very special interest in canine and feline behaviour and training and currently runs our puppy training classes and one to ones at Scarsdale Vets Stapenhill. She also sees and and provided advice on behavioural problems and cases. Samatha enjoys all aspects of surgical nursing, especially orthopaedics.
Outside of work, she owns two dogs (both Spaniels), who she enjoys going on long walks with and doing scent work. She is hoping their younger dog will enjoy agility. In addition she enjoys reading, crafting and baking for friends and family.
