Senior Veterinary Nurse Cheryl Beech qualified as a veterinary nurse in September 2013 from Harper Adams University.
She joined Scarsdale Vets in October 2010 as a Student on a four week placement and has never left. Cheryl’s nursing experience started in a small mixed practice in the Staffordshire Moorlands. She then joined Scarsdale Vets and completed her nurse training and now works as a qualified registered veterinary nurse.
Cheryl has a particular interest in rabbits as there is a lot more to their care and nutrition than meets the eye. She also has an interest in senior pets and their care throughout their lifetime.
At home Cheryl lives on a farm with a lot of animals, including pedigree Texel and Cheviot sheep and pedigree Charolais and Limousin cattle, which she regularly shows throughout the summer.
Cheryl also has a commercial flock of sheep and a herd of cattle, a working border collie and a very pampered house cat.
