Repeat Prescriptions

If your pet requires repeat medication, please ensure you include the following details in your request:

• Your pets name
• Your surname
• First line of your address
• The medication required
• The amount of medication required
• The current dosage your pet is taking
• The practice you would like to collect medication from

Please be aware, repeat prescriptions take 48 hours to process (Not including weekends/bank holidays). If you are missing any of the above information then your prescription will not be able to be processed.

Repeat medication reviews with a vet are required every 3 months. If your request exceeds the 3 month time scale, your request will not be processed and you must book in with a vet in order to receive further medication.
