We now have a dedicated line where you can order pet food, repeat prescriptions or any items from the retail shop. This number is manned Monday – Friday 8.30am until 7.00pm and Saturday 9.00am until 3.00pm.
All items that are ordered require 24-hour notice. All pets needing repeat prescriptions must have seen the vet within the previous 3 months. If you need any item urgently then please advise the staff where they will do their best to speed it along.
In the event of there being no answer please leave:
- Your name and telephone number
- First line of your address
- Which animal the medication is for
- The name of the medication and strength
- What quantity you require
- Where you would like to collect it from
If there are any changes to medication then please add this to the message. If you would like someone to return your call please leave a telephone number with times of availability.
