Carolyn Baguley
BA VetMB MRCVS
Carolyn grew up in Leicestershire. She graduated from Cambridge Vet School in 2005, and then lived in London for two years, working in small animal practice. In 2007 she was bitten by the travel bug, and moved to New Zealand with her husband to pursue her real interest – farm vetting. She spent the next three years learning to do things the Kiwi way in a mainly dairy-focused practice, with some beef, sheep and alpaca work.
In her spare time she helped to run a youth group, played her saxophone in the local church music group, and enjoyed exploring the country.
Carolyn returned to the UK in July 2010 and started working at Scarsdale Vets that August. Despite her love of the Kiwi lifestyle, she is glad to be home.
