Surgery

A wide range of surgeries are performed at the practice. There is a fully equipped operating theatre with separate induction box for anaesthesia. Some surgeries can be performed on the standing horse in our stocks such as some wounds, sinuscopy and oral dental extractions.

Other cases require general anaesthesia such as severe wounds, eye surgery, castrations, rigs and other urogenital surgery and hernia repairs.

There are some cases that we have visting specialist surgeons for, such as video arthroscopy and upper airway surgery.
